THE PURPOSE
This unusual, fun and pleasant venue is designed for a variety of business and private meetings. It can accommodate up to 80 people in a place steeped in history, original and fun. Weddings, anniversaries, seminars and more… it’s a little haven of peace, just for you.
THE EQUIPMENT
This warm, cosy space features a fully-equipped kitchen at the back (dishwasher, cutlery, fridge, etc.) and a retort, an exceptional stove in the heart of the dining room, for even more culinary complicity in pairing food and wine.
Here, water is transformed into exceptional wine, produced organically and using sustainable methods. Your host will take you on a tour of the cellar in a 16th-century setting, one of the most beautiful in Alsace, followed by a tasting that will get your taste buds tingling.
OUR LITTLE EXTRAS
In a New York loft atmosphere, the land of sylvaner welcomes you with two large 85-inch screens for your presentations, and 2-meter tables that can be set up to space guests as you wish.
And don’t forget the little corner by the fire for more intimate discussions.
